Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside Venturli:

1. 1Open the Venturli app and sign in
2. 2Tap the menu icon in the top corner
3. 3Go to Settings → Account
4. 4Tap Delete Account at the bottom
5. 5Confirm deletion — your account will be permanently removed

Option 2 — Request via Email

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. We'll process your request within 30 days.

Please email us from the address associated with your Venturli account and include your full name so we can locate your account.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile, name, email address, and phone number
• All personal and group trips you created
• Itineraries, bookings, and expense records
• Group memberships and chat history
• Photos and journal entries
• Ambassador program data and referral history
• Subscription and payment records (billing records may be retained by Stripe per their policy)

If you have an active Pro or Premium subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Stripe subscription.
